1. Who we are
REELSPIRE is operated by REELSPIRE Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact valentinstan990@gmail.com.
REELSPIRE is intended for people aged 16 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 16.
2. Information we collect
We collect and use the following information needed to provide the game:
- Account details: your chosen username and a securely stored password hash. We do not store your readable password.
- Game progress: catches, inventory, aquarium, tackle, balance, experience, levels, locations, professions, battles, and other choices or records that make your game persistent.
- Social presence: your username, public profile information, online or recent presence where shown in the game, friend relationships, and friend requests. Social features are visible to the players they involve according to the feature’s in-game design.
- Session information: an essential
reelspire_sessioncookie that identifies your signed-in session. - Technical logs: limited request and diagnostic information such as timestamps, requested paths, response status, IP address or other network information made available by the hosting environment, and error or performance details. We use these to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
Please do not put real-world sensitive information in your username, public profile, friend requests, or other text fields.
3. Why we use information
We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, save and restore game progress, show social features you choose to use, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, investigate technical problems, protect the service, and respond to messages and rights requests.
We do not use your information for advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools in REELSPIRE.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share information only where needed to provide and protect REELSPIRE—for example, with the hosting, storage, or infrastructure providers that process requests on our behalf—or when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of players and the service. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
Account and game data is retained while your account is active so that your persistent game can work. We retain technical logs only for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and operational records. We may retain limited records longer where needed to resolve disputes, comply with law, or prevent abuse. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous where practical.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account by emailing valentinstan990@gmail.com. Please include your username and enough detail for us to understand the request; we may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account.
Deleting an account or associated progress can be permanent and may remove access to the game. We will handle a valid deletion request within a reasonable period, subject to information we must keep for security, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including storing a password hash rather than a readable password and using authenticated sessions. No online service can promise absolute security, so choose a unique password and never share it.
8. Changes and contact
