1. The service and operator
REELSPIRE is a persistent online fishing role-playing game operated by REELSPIRE Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Questions about these terms can be sent to valentinstan990@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and content notice
You must be at least 16 years old to use REELSPIRE. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live. The game may contain strong language and is not intended for children under 16.
3. Your account
Choose a username and password, keep your credentials private, and provide accurate information in the fields we ask for. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission. One person may not impersonate another player or use an account to evade a restriction.
Your username and selected social presence or profile details may be visible to other players through the game’s social features. Do not use personal contact details or other sensitive information as public profile content.
4. Game rules and fair play
Play fairly and use the controls and interfaces we provide. Do not attempt to gain an unfair advantage, interfere with another player’s experience, probe or disrupt the service, bypass authentication or access controls, automate gameplay without permission, reverse engineer the service, or exploit a bug. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, or fair play, including where these terms are breached.
5. Virtual credits and the Casino
Casino uses virtual credits only. Casino balances, chips, winnings, and other in-game amounts are fictional game values. The Casino does not involve real-money wagering, gambling for money, or any cash-out.
Virtual credits have no monetary or cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and are not a deposit, investment, prize, or financial instrument. REELSPIRE has no purchases, paid currency, subscriptions, or other transactions for real money. Because there are no purchases, there are no purchase refunds.
Game progress and balances may be changed, reset, or become unavailable as part of maintenance, correction, abuse prevention, or changes to the service. Nothing in REELSPIRE creates a property right in virtual credits or game items.
6. Player content and social features
You are responsible for anything you submit through a username, profile, friend request, or other player-facing feature. Do not post unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or privacy-invading material. Do not target or abuse other players.
By submitting player-facing content, you give us permission to host, display, and process it as needed to operate REELSPIRE and its social features. You keep any rights you already have in that content.
7. Ownership
REELSPIRE’s game software, visual design, text, names, artwork, and other service materials belong to REELSPIRE Team or their licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our materials without permission.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the waters open, but REELSPIRE may be unavailable, delayed, or changed for maintenance, security, technical issues, or other operational reasons. We may add, remove, or revise features and will try to communicate material changes when practical. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, REELSPIRE is provided on an “as available” basis without promises beyond those expressly made in these terms. You use the service at your own discretion. Nothing here removes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
To the extent allowed by law, REELSPIRE Team is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending use and updates
You can stop using REELSPIRE at any time and request deletion of your account information by contacting valentinstan990@gmail.com. We may update these terms as the service changes. If an update materially affects your use, we will publish the revised terms here; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where that is permitted by law.
